Jamie Lord is a leadership development trainer and executive coach with more than 20 years' experience working with business owners, executives, leaders and sales teams across Australia and Asia Pacific.
As Founder and Lead Trainer of JammTrain, Jamie focuses on one thing: creating measurable change, not training for training's sake.

One phone call changed how Jamie sees development. He'd helped grow eight managers for Ian, managing director of an instrument controls business and one of his happiest clients. Jamie asked him a simple question: are you happy? Ian's answer stuck. "Jamie, I'm 75% happy." Six of the eight had thrived, but one had resigned and one had barely changed. Jamie's first instinct was, "Ian, you never should have hired those two in the first place." Ian shot back, "But Jamie, you said you can train anyone."
