JammTrain is delighted to announce its continued collaboration with Knowledge Access this year. Leadership Academy is quality assured by KnowledgeAccess and aligns with nationally recognised qualifications including BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership & Management, while Sales Academy will align with BSB40615 Certificate IV in Business Sales.

As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO #40961), KnowledgeAccess helps participants gain one of three nationally recognised qualifications with a unique RPL assessment process.

What is RPL?

RPL stands for Recognition of Prior Learning. It is the acknowledgment of a person’s skills and knowledge acquired through previous training, including JammTrain training & coaching programs, as well as work and life experience. A qualification gained this way is often better than a qualification gained from studying. There is no additional coursework or study, you submit documents you have created at work, in the training, and use in the workplace.
